Customer Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Customer Experience Designer in USA.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven experience across design phases, from pre-sales to post-MVP delivery
• Strong grasp of design principles
• Hands-on experience with Design Thinking and advocacy for a human-centered approach
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools
• Expertise in user research, usability testing, and quantitative methods; strong HCI understanding
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with a product-focused mindset
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bonus: Knowledge of Service Design principles and methodologies

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct user interviews, field studies, and usability tests to gather insights
• Lead design processes in cross-functional meetings to drive impactful solutions
• Coordinate training sessions and facilitate engaging workshops
• Identify new business opportunities and manage client expansion
• Promote and support Design Thinking education and training programs
• Present UX deliverables to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Conduct various user research sessions, including in-home and user testing, to derive actionable insights
• Design content structures, navigation systems, and improve information accessibility
• Develop intuitive software interface designs to enhance user interactions and flow
